Discover how to transform mundane work into a meaningful journey
You're invited to a unique and enriching event with Alexandre Havard!
For his first time in Australia, Alexandre Havard will be presenting at an exclusive one-night event at The Concourse in Chatswood
'Pay Cheque with a Purpose' will be an opportunity to discover a new drive to do great things, attain genuine success at work, and unlock a flourishing personal life.
The constant tug-of-war between earning a living and feeling fulfilment at work can leave you financially secure but emotionally unfulfilled. Join Alexandre Havard to learn how you can transform even the most mundane into a meaningful journey towards personal and professional excellence.
Who is Alexandre Havard?
Alexandre Havard is an international speaker, author and the visionary founder of the Virtuous Leadership® System. He defines Virtuous Leadership as, “achieving greatness by bringing out the greatness in others.” He states that Virtuous Leadership is not a function, but a way of being.
Alexandre has practiced law in France and several other European countries, and now resides and works in Moscow. He is known for his books “Virtuous Leadership” (2007), "Created for Greatness" (2014), "From Temperament to Character: On Becoming a Virtuous Leader" (2018) and "Free Hearts: Understanding Your Deepest Motivations" (2020).
Having spoken at the 2021 KPF about developing leaders by knowing your child's temperaments, Alexandre returns to speak about fulfillment at work.
What's in it for me?
At the Pared Academy, we believe in nurturing academic excellence of our students but also their character. At this value-packed event, Alex will share his framework around how one can better themselves through their work, no matter how mundane.
This concept aligns perfectly with our education philosophy at the Pared Schools from our youngest prep students, to our graduates. We are committed to instilling this perspective and habits of excellence in our students from an early age, empowering them to grow into responsible, compassionate, and virtuous individuals.
As alumni, you know how parents play the primary role in a child's upbringing, and this event will give you a paradigm-shifting insight into a virtue-focused approach to your own work and thus provide you with a methodology to apply to your children's or your own development. You will have the opportunity to grow alongside them, fostering these essential habits of excellence in your life and theirs.
